Data We Collect

AppTela collects no personal data. The app operates entirely on your device with no network connectivity required.

Your app configuration, including:

• Screen layouts and organisation
• Categories, Groups, and Stacks you create
• Visual preferences and settings

This data is stored locally on your Mac in standard macOS application support directories. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using the Export feature.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reports sent automatically
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No personal information
• No account or login information

Export Feature

AppTela includes an Export feature that saves your configuration to a local file on your Mac. This file remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You control this file entirely.

Support Communications

If you contact us via email for support, we will retain your correspondence to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Improve our products and services
• Maintain records for quality and training purposes

Support emails are retained for up to 3 years unless you request deletion. You can request deletion of your support correspondence at any time by emailing us.

Third-Party Services

AppTela does not currently integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The app functions entirely offline.

AppTela is distributed via the Mac App Store. Apple's privacy practices apply to your App Store account and purchase. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

Optional Online Services

AppTela currently operates entirely offline. In the future, we may introduce optional online features such as theme libraries or cloud sync. These features will always be opt-in, and we will update this Privacy Policy before collecting any additional data.

You will always be able to use AppTela fully offline without creating an account or sharing any data.

Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Since AppTela does not collect personal data, most data subject rights do not apply to app usage. However, for any support communications, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
